Meet the Team
Jade Wiggins Counseling currently includes a licensed professional counselor and a Masters-level counseling intern.
Owner/Licensed Professional Counselor
Jade Wiggins
I graduated from MTSU in 2017 with my Masters in Professional Counseling. I have over 2,000 hours of experience working with individuals, couples, and families ranging in age from 3 to 60.
My ideal client is someone 10 years old or older who is struggling with issues related to anxiety and/or depression and is seeking to improve their mental health. I enjoy working with LGBTQ individuals and even have experience working with LGBTQ couples. Of course, clients across the gender identity and sexuality spectrums are welcome, including those who are cisgender and heterosexual. I especially enjoy working with adolescents and young adults. I enjoy helping clients through life transitions such as starting college and exploring career options.
My therapy style is integrative, but I do enjoy utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) methods. I have recently had an increased interest in incorporating Internal Family Systems (IFS) and mindfulness skills. I have training in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), so I am DBT informed but not fully DBT adherent. Most importantly, my style of therapy is informed by my own personal experiences with mental health throughout my life, so I have a genuine understanding of how difficult it can be to seek therapy.

I was raised in the Donelson-Hermitage area of Nashville. I began living and working North of Nashville due to my spouse's job. I enjoy musical theatre, trying new restaurants, and spending time with my 2-year-old son.

Unfortunately, I am not accepting new clients at this time.
Graduate-Level Counseling Intern
Brittney Rahn
I am Brittney Rahn. I prefer Brit. I am a proud unicorn as someone who was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee. I am a mother and a wife.
My focus as a counselor is to always be a safe space for my clients. I am passionate about the LGBTQI+ community, and as an ally I make it known I am here to support- today and every day.
As an advocate for mental health, my goal is to bring compassion with a person-centered approach to support my clients with understanding and empathy. I am deeply committed to fostering inclusivity, personal growth, and healing for those from all walks of life.

I am now accepting new clients with sessions starting January 13, 2025.
